It is important to ensure you arrive to your class in time to take part in the full warm up exercise.  Warming up helps prevent injuries

Warning some bruising may occur from the friction on the pole.  It can take a few weeks for your body to adapt to supporting your weight on parts of your body that you're not used to...It's worth it though! 

It is very IMPORTANT that you do not apply moisturiser, fake tan, or oil to your skin on the day of your class.  This will cause you to slide off the pole which could be dangerous.  

Please remove any rings or other jewellery that may catch on or scratch the pole


Pole dance classes are not suitable if you:

Suffer from neck or back problems.

Are pregnant.

Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
