This 6 week course will cover everything you need to start your journey to becoming an impressive pole dancer.

If you think you don't have enough upper body strength for pole dancing THINK AGAIN! No matter what level of fitness you have this course will work for you. The course is set up to gradually build strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination. You will be amazed at what you can achieve if you stick at it.

Throughout the 6 week course we will cover:
- Basic spins
- Climbing techniques
- Flow work, including short routines
- Floor work
- Conditioning to prepare for inverted tricks

It is important that you attend every class on this course if you wish to book onto future courses.  If unable to attend a class you will need to book a private lesson to catch up.

You will receive a certificate on completion of the 6 week course. You will then be able to register as a member and book onto any of the Beginner classes to further your skills. Once you are a member, if you cannot attend your class I offer free catch up classes. There is a little less flexibility on the beginners course as it is important to build a strong foundation to ensure you use safe and proper technique in your future practice.

There will be a maximum of 8 people on the course. No sharing poles so you have the ultimate pole experience!

Classes last 1 hour.

You must be 16 years or older to attend this course. Ages 16-17 must have parental/guardian consent.

What to expect from a typical class:
- The class starts with a 10 minute warm up.
- We will run through conditioning to help build your strength. 
- You will be taught new tricks/spins/flow sequence/combination moves. 
- We run over moves from previous weeks to work on improving and perfecting.
- The class will finish with a cool down.
