Pole Fitness

This is an exciting time for the world of pole! It is now recognised by the international sports body GAISF, leaving the door open to inclusion in the Olympics!

At Indigo we like to cover a variety of pole exercises which give you a full body workout gradually building strength, flexibility and co-ordination. You will explore unique techniques performed on the pole including spins, tricks, floor work and dance routines.

Your class will be run by a fully qualified and insured instructor.

There will be a maximum of 8 people per class. No sharing poles so you have the ultimate pole experience!

You must be 16 years or older to attend the adult pole classes. Ages 16-17 must have parental/guardian consent.

Pole Classes

We offer classes for a variety of levels so there’s something suitable for everyone. For absolute beginners check out our 6 Week Foundation Pole Course below or book a Private Pole Session. Progress from Foundation to Beginner Improver, Intermediate and Advanced.

6 Week Foundation Pole Course

Perfect for absolute beginners, our 6 Week Foundation Pole Course will prepare you for our Pole Classes.

You will cover everything you need to start your pole journey and learn basic moves and techniques.

If you think you don't have enough upper body strength for pole THINK AGAIN! No matter what level of fitness you have this course will work for you. The course is set up to gradually build strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination. You will be amazed at what you can achieve if you stick at it.

Kids & Junior Pole Fit

Pole Fit classes provide so many health benefits - Physiological, psychological and social benefits.

The classes will improve:
Muscular strength
Muscular endurance
Cardiovascular fitness
Moto Skills Classes include:
☆ Acro tricks on and off the pole, including spins and climbing
☆ Conditioning exercises to help build confidence, strength, endurance and flexibility
☆ Short routines

Instructors are DBS checked, we are happy to provide certificates on request.
