POLE

This is an exciting time for the world of pole! It is now recognised by the international sports body GAISF, leaving the door open to inclusion in the Olympics!

At Indigo we like to cover a variety of pole exercises which give you a full body workout gradually building strength, flexibility and co-ordination. You will explore unique techniques performed on the pole including spins, tricks, floor work and dance routines.

There will be a maximum of 8 people per class. No sharing poles so you have the ultimate pole experience!

HOOP

Think The Greatest Showman!
Aerial Arts can be as beautiful, exhilarating and fun as it looks on screen!

Aerial Hoop makes a great full-body workout. Don't worry about having the strength going in, this class is designed to gradually build strength, flexibility and coordination along the way, through conditioning exercises and learning fun tricks in the hoop.

Classes available for all levels. For beginners, hoops can be positioned to hip height so moves can be performed without having to lift your full body weight.

There will be a maximum of 6 people per class. 2 people to a hoop.

6 Week Foundation Pole Course

Perfect for absolute beginners, our 6 Week Foundation Pole Course will prepare you for our Pole Classes.

You will cover everything you need to start your pole journey and learn basic moves and techniques.

If you think you don't have enough upper body strength for pole THINK AGAIN! No matter what level of fitness you have this course will work for you. The course is set up to gradually build strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination. You will be amazed at what you can achieve if you stick at it.

Kids & Junior Pole / Hoop

Pole and Hoop classes provide so many health benefits - Physiological, psychological and social benefits.
